Y - Copy name and address number from the driver's license to the customer record

N - Do not copy name and address number from the driver's license to the customer record

Description

This two-position Y|N variable determines if name and address information from a scanned driver’s license automatically populates corresponding fields on the Add/Change Customer window. Each position is separated by the pipe (|) character.

• Position 1 determines if name and address information auto-populates when adding a new customer.
• Position 2 determines if name and address information auto-populates when editing an existing customer record.

For example, Y|N will populate the name and address information for new customers but not for existing customers.
