By having a Tri-Tech maintenance contract your store not only has access to unlimited phone support Mon -Fri 8am-5pm CT with our trained support technicians covering all components and features of the program, use and application, but your contract also includes such benefits as:

  • Free software updates/patches. These updates/patches can include new features, enhancements, reports, bug fixes, required PCI changes needed for the ever-changing Credit Card landscape, and many more. These updates are crucial for keeping your company abreast of the newest software.
  • Discounts on major software Version upgrades.
  • Access to online support documentation/videos.
  • Access to online case entry and management.
  • Phone conferencing options with Tri-Tech partner companies.

After cancellation these updates and services will no longer be available to your company without reactivating your maintenance contract.
